SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

For a delivery in the UK

• We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands.

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

• We aim to dispatch all order the same working day. If you ordered before 4.30pm Monday to Friday, you are guaranteed for next day delivery.

• Orders place on Friday after 4:30pm will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery (otherwise please ask for Special delivery guaranteed)

• For a delivery guaranteed the next day: Call us and ask a special delivery guaranteed by 1pm the next day. The delivery will be charged £8.50 for weekdays and £14.99 for Saturday delivery guaranteed by 12pm.

• For a standard shipment, we are using the service type Royal mail tracked 24/48. To ensure safe delivery, all are shipped with Delivery Confirmation (Signature). The delivery is charged £5.50. An ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Order Dispatched’ email will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.

• Unless there are exceptional circumstances outside our control, all products will be delivered within 24 hours of the date of your order. As a general guideline, please allow 2 working days for Royal Mail. If your order is not received within 3 days, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling 0207 993 6341.

For an international shipment

• Other International shipment are charged £22.00.

• For international delivery we are using different companies as follows: UPS, DHL, DPD or FedEx.

• For international orders please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

FREE DELIVERY OVER £150 ORDER

You will automatically take full advantage of free shipping with Victorus Lashes for any order over £150. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Once signed for at your delivery address, responsibility of ownership of the delivered product is then yours. Victorus Lashes is not responsible/liable for any Royal Mail error during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time.
